Why Do You Provide Free In-Home House Cleaning Consultation ?
We offer free no obligation in-home or on-site consultation to ensure our service standards meet your needs and expectations. We believe that every household and business is unique. We custom tailor every service package to your requirements, needs and desires for housekeeping services.
Do I Have To Have A Regular Maintenance Contract ?
While most of our customers prefer to use regular weekly, bi-weekly or monthly services, contracts are not a requirement. We are happy to earn your confidence each and every time we visit your home or business.
Do You Guarantee Your Services ?
Absolutely. If you are not satisfied with any of our services, we do not feel we accomplished the task. If you ever encounter a problem or have any questions, we are just a phone call away. After we have spoken to you and assessed the situation, at your convenience, we will send a cleaning team to your house or business to correct the problem immediately.
Who Do I Call If There Is A Problem ?
If you have a question or a concern while your cleaning team is on site, please speak with one of them. Otherwise, call our office and we will be happy to assist you and help with any problems.
Do You Provide References ?
Definitely. Please contact our office and we will provide you with a list of satisfied clients.
Can I Trust Your Employees ?
Absolutely. We carefully screen all of our employees. If we cannot trust someone to clean our own home or office, we would never send them to clean yours.
Is Your Business Fully Licensed, Bonded & Insured ?
Yes. Our goal is to provide the highest level of worry-free service to each and every customer. We are fully licensed to operate in the state of Illinois, and all of our employees are fully bonded and insured. We also carry liability insurance to protect you against any accidental damage to your home or property.
Do You Have A Problem With Pets ?
We love animals and understand that pets are important members of your family. Most of our customers have animals, mostly dogs or cats, and we are used to work around them. If for some reason your pet is not comfortable with our cleaning crew or equipment that we use, we will discuss what arrangements can be made that work best for you and your family.
Do You Bring Cleaning Supplies And Equipment ?
Our team of cleaning service professionals will arrive with all the supplies and equipment needed to make your house sparkling clean and fresh. We prefer to use customer’s vacuums because of the sanitary reasons but if you do not have one we will make sure to provide one for your house. Also, if you have any of your own preferred products, we will be happy to use them.
Do I Have To Be Home ?
Our goal is to meet your cleaning requirement in the most stress free way possible. If you decide that you do not want to be at home, we will discuss arrangement for gaining entry to your home, while you are away. Many clients prefer to give us a key, which are carefully secured when not in use. Others may wish to hide a key in a safe place or allow us to use garage keypad code to enter the house. We leave it up to you.
