Residential Cleaning
We offer two residential cleaning options.
Regular House Cleaning –
This is our most popular cleaning.It is a basic cleaning of your entire house. We offer this service on a recurring basis or upon request.
Deep Cleaning –
This is our more intense house cleaning. We offer this option usually for new clients, who want to deep clean their homes on the first visit. Deep cleaning is also a great idea for people moving in/out, preparing for the holidays or planning a special event.
Regular Cleaning
All Rooms of Home:
Remove cobwebs
Dust all window sills, window ledges and wall hangings
Dust/polish furniture and knick knacks
Clean light switches
Dust mini-blinds
Dust baseboards
Clean glass surfaces (mirrors, glass tables, etc.)
Change linens (if left out) and make beds
Vacuum carpeting/ sweep and mop floors
Vacuum upholstered furniture (couches, sofas and chairs)
Empty trashcans and replace liners (if left out)
Bathrooms:
Clean & disinfecttoilets, tubs & showers
Clean sinks &counters
Clean mirrors & polish chrome
Sweep and mop floors
Kitchen:
Clean and sanitize sinks
Polish chrome
Wipe down counter-tops and cabinets
Clean appliance exteriors
Clean inside microwave
Vacuum/sweep & mop floors
Clean the glass patio door (weather permitting)
Deep Cleaning

Detailed removal of cobwebs including high ceilings
Clean high wall ledges and high furniture dressers
